Salary: $84,300 - $120,500

What you will do

• Partner with HR program owners to analyze and improve current-state HR processes.
• Document business requirements and user stories for SAP SuccessFactors and AI-enabled HR initiatives.
• Facilitate process mapping workshops and stakeholder discussions to identify workflow inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with IT, People Analytics, and Digital Enablement teams to ensure solution feasibility.
• Support change impact assessments and develop training resources for new HR technology capabilities.
• Participate in testing, validation, and business readiness activities for HR transformation projects.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors is required.
• Proven experience in a business analyst or program analyst role supporting HR or digital transformation.
• Strong ability to translate complex business needs into clear process documentation and requirements.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Effective communication and facilitation skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with experience in process improvement and data-driven decision support.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-enabled HR tools or workflows (e.g., SAP Joule, Talent Intelligence Hub).
• Background in skills-based talent practices or HR data governance.
• Change management experience in technology-enabled initiatives.
