What you will do

• Analyze and compare operational workflows across sites to identify risks and improve efficiency.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and guidelines for data center operations.
• Create training and onboarding content to enable operational scaling.
• Leverage AI and LLM-based workflows to accelerate analysis and synthesis of operational data.
• Partner with SMEs to ensure practices meet safety, security, regulatory, and audit requirements.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience writing technical documentation, preferably in data center or infrastructure environments.
• Proven track record of creating SOPs, runbooks, or operational procedures for technical teams.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail and nuanced process improvement.
• Experience with documentation frameworks, version control, and content management systems.
• U.S. person status required to comply with U.S. Government export regulations.
