What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive event plans that align with business goals and drive engagement.
• Organize a variety of events including tech conferences, webinars, and strategic executive dinners.
• Manage the full end-to-end planning process, including venue selection, vendor management, and logistics.
• Create compelling event messaging and content to resonate with target audiences.
• Analyze event performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations for future optimizations.
• Collaborate with sales and growth teams to ensure effective post-event follow-up and ROI.

Requirements

• 5+ years of events experience, with at least 3 years in a fast-paced tech organization.
• Proven experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.
• Strong budget and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• English proficiency is mandatory; proficiency in French, German, or Spanish is highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in an agile environment with meticulous attention to detail.
