What you will do

• Own and deliver revenue targets within a defined territory.
• Lead the full sales cycle from initial engagement to contract signature.
• Build and maintain relationships with C-suite and Board-level stakeholders.
• Develop strategic account and territory plans to ensure sustainable pipeline growth.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and legal teams to progress deals.
• Manage pipeline and forecasting using Salesforce.

Requirements

• At least 8-10 years of proven success in B2B sales.
• Experience closing complex deals and managing full-cycle sales.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to engage senior decision-makers.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or marketing/sales.
• Must be based in Dubai, UAE.
