TL;DR

Senior Sales Executive (Fintech/PropTech): Driving revenue and pipeline growth in the UAE by establishing strategic partnerships with real estate developers to implement cross-border payment infrastructure. Location: Remote (Must be based in Dubai/UAE)

What you will do

  • Own and deliver commercial revenue targets and pipeline growth specifically within the UAE market.
  • Identify and close partnerships with off-plan, master, and mid-tier real estate developers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead origination and qualification to commercial negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain C-suite relationships (CFO, COO) to position hirify.global as embedded payments infrastructure.
  • Analyze market dynamics and competitor activity to refine targeting and messaging for the MENA region.
  • Represent the company at industry events and proptech conferences as a credible voice on capital flows.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of closing high-value B2B deals in payments, proptech, or financial services.
  • Experience selling to C-suite executives within the UAE real estate or financial markets.
  • Deep knowledge of the UAE developer landscape and associated payment complexities.
  • Ability to navigate regulated environments and speak credibly regarding compliance requirements.
  • Fluent English proficiency.
  • Must be based in Dubai or the UAE.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience at a fintech, EMI, or regulated payments firm.
  • Existing network of Tier 1 and mid-market UAE real estate developers.
  • Understanding of FX mechanics and cross-border payment flows in a property context.
  • Experience as a public speaker in proptech or investment forums.
  • Arabic language skills.
