What you will do

• Identify, prioritize, and close new partners across integration, solution, cloud, and marketplace motions in APAC.
• Localize and activate global partnerships for the regional market, including co-selling and co-marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain a regional pipeline of prospective partners across all functions.
• Represent the company at regional partner and developer events to build high-level relationships.
• Collaborate with global function leads to adapt partnership strategies to APAC market conditions.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel roles within the APAC region.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to operate across multiple partner motions including technology integrations and solution ecosystems.
• Established senior-level network of partner connections in APAC across technology vendors or systems integrators.
• Background in developer tools, databases, or infrastructure software.
• Ability to operate independently across significant time zone gaps.

Nice to have

• Established relationships within AWS APAC partner organization.
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to the region such as Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, or Bahasa Indonesia.
