What you will do

• Perform industry mapping and create prospection plans for the assigned territory.
• Manage sales and relationship development with identified prospects.
• Lead sales processes to secure and close new business opportunities.
• Oversee customer management during the initial startup phase.
• Deploy portfolio solutions aligned with hirify.global and customer business objectives.
• Provide market intelligence and portfolio requirements to the MPM.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of business development experience.
• Proven track record of generating new business from suspect to prospect.
• Deep understanding of the local market, customers, and category mapping.
• Ability to collaborate with Technical Service and Processing functions to qualify leads.
• Native-level Japanese language proficiency.
• Business-level English language proficiency.
