What you will do

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the hospitality sector across the APAC region.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of high-value enterprise prospects from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Execute go-to-market strategies specifically targeting enterprise-level hotel clients.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract structuring to maximize revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with product and innovation teams to align payment offerings with travel industry trends.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking forums to build brand awareness.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in business development or strategic partnerships within payments and hotels.
  • Expertise in B2B consultative selling and complex deal negotiations.
  • Must be based in Singapore.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional APAC languages (Japanese, Mandarin, Malay) is a plus.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a multinational and matrixed environment.

Nice to have

  • 5+ years of experience in business development within payments, fintech, or hospitality sectors.
  • Existing professional network within global hospitality brands.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Proven experience leading regional expansion strategies for enterprise clients.
