Performance Marketing Specialist (Italy)

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day media buying, pacing, and optimization across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Partner with the Global Growth Marketing and Italy Country teams to set media mix and budget allocation strategies.
• Collaborate with the Data team to run incrementality studies and interpret marketing mix models.
• Translate performance data into creative insights to guide asset rotation and refresh strategies.
• Lead CRO initiatives and implement learning cycles to improve funnel performance.
• Adopt automation and AI tooling to enhance marketing systems and workflows.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in Italian and proficient in English.
• Proven hands-on experience in media buying and budget management across major platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in MMM, lift studies, and incrementality testing.
• Experience collaborating with creative teams to improve performance through structured testing.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a remote, multi-market environment.
• Experience improving funnels for web and app-based products.
