What you will do

• Perform end-to-end setup of paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Conduct regular Quality Assurance (QA) checks to ensure campaigns meet best practice standards.
• Monitor campaign performance and pacing, troubleshooting and optimising as necessary.
• Produce accurate weekly and monthly performance reports with detailed commentary.
• Assist with long-term analysis, including quarterly/annual reviews and standalone projects.
• Collaborate with the Paid Social Account Manager and wider team to support client deliverables.

Requirements

• Passion for paid social activation and eagerness to develop expertise in key social platforms.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom is required.
• Diligent attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
• Comfortable handling data, budgets, and numbers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work from the Manchester office around four days a week.
