Paid Social Account Executive (Marketing)

Location: Manchester, United Kingdom. Hybrid working with teams in the office around four days a week. UK-based role; applicants must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Set up paid social campaigns end to end across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Perform regular quality assurance checks and ensure campaigns follow best-practice standards.
• Monitor pacing and performance, troubleshoot delivery issues, and optimise campaigns.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with accurate commentary.
• Support end-of-campaign reporting, quarterly and annual reviews, and standalone analysis projects.
• Coordinate with managers, colleagues, clients, and platform partners to deliver campaigns and develop paid social expertise.

Requirements

• Strong interest in paid social activation and digital advertising.
• Ability to learn new platform skills quickly and apply them accurately.
• Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Comfort handling data, numbers, and campaign budgets.
• Effective workload management, attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication.
• Collaborative, proactive, friendly, and committed to continuous learning.

Nice to have

• Meta Blueprint or similar platform training certifications.
