Location: Hybrid (Must be based in or be able to commute to Chiswick Park, West London, two days a week)

What you will do

• Drive social commerce engagement strategy across TikTok, Meta, and YouTube to increase brand awareness and sentiment.
• Act as the primary contact for TikTok Shop affiliate creators, managing onboarding and relationship development.
• Coordinate influencer relationships across Meta, YouTube, and other channels for campaign integration.
• Analyze and report on affiliate and influencer performance to refine commercial strategies.
• Monitor social commerce trends and live shopping platforms to provide strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in social media, social commerce, or influencer marketing, ideally within an ecommerce environment.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok, Meta, and YouTube for developing engagement strategies and managing creators.
• Commercial awareness and strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for collaborating with external partners.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial approach with a strong understanding of digital customer behavior.
