What you will do

• Develop design flows using hirify.global tools to support advanced process technologies and provide customer benefits.
• Collaborate with R&D teams and foundries to deliver high-quality EDA tools to mutual clients.
• Align with R&D and Marketing to define business goals, strategies, and priority plans.
• Analyze and lead the resolution of complex technical issues for customers and internal team members.
• Proactively research and utilize resources to effectively solve technical problems.

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of Cell-based flow.
• Experience using hirify.global Digital Design signoff tools such as Voltus and Quantus.
• English: Good command of both oral and written English is required.
• Location: Must be based in Hsinchu, Taiwan.
• Ability to work effectively as a team player with a strong customer focus.

Nice to have

• Experience with IR-Drop, EM, APR, or Full layout.
