What you will do

• Own sustaining electrical and electronics engineering activities for products in mass production.
• Drive ECR/ECN processes, including technical impact assessment, validation, and documentation.
• Lead product improvements and cost-down initiatives based on quality data and field feedback.
• Optimize production productivity by improving design, manufacturability, and testability.
• Investigate and resolve electronic production and supplier quality issues using root cause analysis.
• Support manufacturing tests, failure analysis, and component substitutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in electronics or sustaining engineering within consumer electronics.
• Deep understanding of PCB assemblies, embedded systems, power circuits, and sensors.
• Practical experience with assembly processes, yield improvement, and production troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with PLM systems and ECR/ECN documentation control.
• Must be located in or have the legal right to work in Taiwan (or Poland).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with DFM/DFA, PFMEA, and Control Plans.
• Experience with SPC and Lean Manufacturing.
• Knowledge of 8D or similar structured problem-solving methods.
