What you will do

• Plan and execute releases to technology platforms in compliance with client standards.
• Coordinate the release roadmap for multiple applications and parallel releases.
• Lead release decision meetings and secure stakeholder approvals for milestones.
• Manage handover sessions from development to operations teams.
• Improve release quality by integrating automation and DevOps methodologies.
• Collaborate with Test Managers, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to ensure safe delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Release Management, ITSM, or Change Management.
• Proven track record in coordinating go-live and post-go-live activities for complex releases.
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Expert-level stakeholder management and influence skills.
• Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken) is required.
• Must be based in or able to work from Gdynia, Gdańsk, or Warszawa.
