What you will do

• Coordinate day-to-day activities within community quality reporting programs.
• Manage and organize agile backlogs using Jira and Azure DevOps to track project data and statuses.
• Collaborate with tester teams, Test Leads, and client-side stakeholders.
• Coordinate with vendors and external community moderators to ensure smooth workflows.
• Prepare regular reports on progress, risks, blockers, and areas for improvement.
• Support changelog processes to ensure game update documentation is accurate and delivered on time.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in project management, project coordination, or operations.
• English: C1 level or higher (written and spoken).
• Practical experience working with Jira and familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Ability to create clear documentation, reports, and status summaries.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Warsaw, Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience in the gaming industry, game QA, or live service games.
• Experience working with community moderators or online community programs.
