Internship – Digital Verification & Generative AI Support (m/f/d)

Location: Gratkorn, Austria

Salary: EUR 2,800 gross/month for a full-time equivalent

hirify.global develops semiconductor products and technologies, with this role supporting the Digital Design team in Austria.

What you will do

• Support digital verification activities using generative AI technologies and methodologies.
• Develop and optimize AI-assisted workflows for verification.
• Create prompts, automation scripts, and AI-based solutions to improve productivity and accuracy.
• Analyze verification data and generate AI-supported insights.
• Assist with dashboards, reports, and documentation for verification activities.
• Support security-related tasks that may fall within the scope of security certifications.

Requirements

• Currently studying in the greater Graz area in electrical engineering, information and computer engineering, biomedical engineering, computer science, or a similar field.
• Experience with AI frameworks, APIs, or automation tools.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn and take on complex problems.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as SystemVerilog or Python is beneficial.
• Solid English skills in speaking and writing.
• Availability for approximately 8–20 hours per week for more than 6 months.
