What you will do

• Lead architecture and implementation for enterprise deployments.
• Own post-sales technical success for assigned accounts.
• Serve as the Tier-3 escalation point for complex issues.
• Design reference architectures for common customer use cases.
• Contribute to pre-sales discovery and POCs.
• Participate in an on-call or incident rotation.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Solutions Architecture or similar roles.
• Professional software engineering experience in Python, Rust, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with modern cloud platforms.
• Proven ownership of complex post-sales work.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
