Senior Content Governance & Knowledge Specialist (AI)

Minimum salary: €2,509 gross per month; market-oriented compensation is stated to be significantly higher.

What you will do

• Own and continuously improve AI-assisted quality assurance processes for unstructured content and enterprise knowledge assets across their lifecycle.
• Define AI-readiness criteria, certification standards, machine-readable templates, and guardrails for AI-assisted content creation.
• Establish reporting and monitoring for content quality, ownership, lifecycle, usage, compliance, and AI-readiness.
• Operate federated governance across repositories, defining decision rights, ownership, accountability, lifecycle controls, and quality requirements.
• Manage taxonomies and ontologies using RDF, OWL, SKOS, and SHACL to support metadata enrichment, classification, knowledge graphs, semantic search, retrieval-augmented generation, and agentic AI.
• Coordinate content communities and collaborate with IT, Data & AI Science, domain experts, content owners, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven knowledge of W3C standards, OWL, RDF, SKOS, SHACL, SPARQL, and OKF.
• Programming skills in Python and/or SQL.
• Experience establishing content quality assurance processes for agentic AI and understanding data quality, process quality, and structured content for AI-enabled retrieval.
• Experience in content governance, knowledge management, intranet management, digital workplace, enterprise content management, or a related field.
• Ability to translate business needs into ontologies, content structures, governance rules, and practical standards, while communicating with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience in project management and managing external partner resources; travel requirement is 0–10%.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI.
• Experience creating ontologies or knowledge graphs using AI tools.
• Experience with AI-enabled content workflows, semantic search, automated classification, metadata enrichment, or AI features for knowledge platforms.
