AI Engineer (Agentic Systems)

Location: Remote, office-based, or hybrid work available in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, or the Netherlands.

Salary: €3,050–€5,250 gross per month. Final compensation depends on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Design, build, and run production LLM agents for client-facing assistants and internal workflow automation.
• Build MCP servers on existing databases and production systems, and orchestrate multiple internal and external MCP servers.
• Design production memory, context management, and RAG systems.
• Set up evaluations, guardrails, monitoring, and iterative improvements based on edge cases and real usage.
• Work with architectures combining databases, APIs, interfaces, agents, and orchestrator applications.
• Develop solutions using Amazon Bedrock and/or Microsoft Foundry.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, ML Engineer, or AI Engineer.
• Hands-on production experience with Amazon Bedrock and/or Microsoft Foundry, including Azure AI Foundry or Azure OpenAI.
• Experience building and shipping both client-facing and internal LLM agents to production.
• Strong experience with at least one agent framework, such as LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, Strands Agents, or OpenAI Agents SDK.
• Deep MCP experience, plus production-grade RAG, embeddings, hybrid search, reranking, vector databases, and agent memory.
• Practical experience with system architecture, Docker, CI/CD, LLM evaluation, guardrails, and production monitoring; English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher is required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of trading, investing, brokerage, or crypto domains combined with AI engineering.
• Fintech or regulated-industry experience involving compliance, data protection, or auditability of AI outputs.
• Broader AWS or Azure cloud experience and familiarity with LLM evaluation and observability tools.
• Practical mastery of agentic development tools for rapid prototyping.
