Principal – SAP BTP & Agentic AI (all genders)

What you will do

• Lead projects and workstreams implementing SAP BTP and AI solutions.
• Develop scalable, integrated architectures for complex enterprise landscapes.
• Evaluate platform strategies across SAP BTP, hyperscalers, open source, and hybrid environments.
• Design and manage agent-based AI workflows, including orchestration, tool integration, and human-in-the-loop processes.
• Lead proof-of-concepts, demonstrations, and pilot implementations.
• Define target visions, migration roadmaps, and strategies for legacy systems while advising clients on complex technology decisions.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in consulting, SAP BTP, cloud, or software development.
• In-depth SAP BTP knowledge, including areas such as CAP, Integration Suite, and AI Core.
• Strong programming skills, modern development experience, and practical experience with enterprise AI or GenAI applications.
• Extensive experience with integration architectures, complex system landscapes, hyperscaler ecosystems, and hybrid architectures.
• Professional German and English communication skills are required, along with project leadership, resource planning, and team management experience.
