Manager – SAP BTP & Agentic AI (all genders)

Location: Vienna, Austria

Salary: At least €75,000 per year (all-in), with the possibility of a higher offer based on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Lead projects and workstreams implementing SAP BTP and AI solutions.
• Develop scalable, integrated architectures for complex enterprise landscapes.
• Evaluate platform strategies across SAP BTP, hyperscalers, open source, and hybrid environments.
• Design and manage agent-based AI workflows, including orchestration, tool integration, and human-in-the-loop processes.
• Lead proof-of-concepts, demos, pilot implementations, and migration strategy development.
• Advise clients on complex technology decisions, coach team members, and ensure implementation quality.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in consulting with SAP BTP, cloud, or software development.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP BTP, including CAP, Integration Suite, or AI Core.
• Strong programming skills and practical experience with AI or GenAI applications in an enterprise context.
• Experience with integration architectures, complex system landscapes, hyperscaler ecosystems, and hybrid architectures.
• Project management, team leadership, resource planning, communication, and business advisory skills; ability to understand and convey complex topics in German and English.
