What you will do

• Contribute to AI-driven target architectures, including LLM orchestration, agentic AI, and autonomous software factories.
• Develop rule sets, toolchains, evaluation frameworks, and CI/CD integrations for coding agents across the software development lifecycle.
• Build enterprise software delivery approaches covering DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and platform engineering.
• Translate client business intent into precise, testable specifications that AI agents can execute.
• Support evaluation and governance mechanisms for secure, transparent, and compliant AI systems.
• Communicate architectures and results to technical teams and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Completed or imminent degree in computer science, business informatics, business mathematics, mathematics, AI engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar.
• Understanding of agent loops, evaluation and observability, MCP, deep agents, or AI-native architectures.
• Strong interest in solving complex digital challenges and communicating technical solutions.
• Ability to work in interdisciplinary and global environments, with flexibility and willingness to travel.
• Fluent German and English, including the ability to understand and communicate complex topics in both languages.

Nice to have

• Initial experience with agent evaluation or observability tools such as Langfuse or LangSmith.
• Experience with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
