Location: Manila, Philippines. Hybrid arrangement (2x a week in office). Shift hours: APAC / EMEA.

What you will do

• Assume overall PM responsibility for ASH onboarding, driving success and coordinating diverse teams.
• Manage end-to-end communications with clients and provide ongoing reporting and risk analysis.
• Orchestrate testing activities, execute general test planning, and agree on integration test scope.
• Manage customer change requests, conduct initial assessments, and coordinate solutions with architects and product development.
• Consolidate efforts across outreach, build, and testing streams to ensure alignment with project plans.
• Evaluate resource staffing consequences of change requests with SaaS service execution management.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in asset servicing operations.
• Deep experience in post-trade settlement processes within the buy-side or asset management domain.
• Strong familiarity with equities, fixed income, ETDs, and OTC derivatives.
• Solid understanding of data interfacing, mapping, and interface requirements.
• General knowledge of testing processes, including unit testing and systems integrations testing (SIT).
• Must be based in Manila and able to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week in office).
