What you will do

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of knowledge management systems and processes.
• Collect, validate, and organize data from multiple sources to prepare accurate reporting materials for stakeholders.
• Document processes, assist with periodic reviews, and keep materials current.
• Track project timelines, milestones, and key updates via status reports and trackers.
• Collaborate with global teams to communicate strategies, processes, and policies effectively.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Must be based in Taguig City, Philippines.
• Flexibility to adjust working hours to support international teams.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
