What you will do

• Facilitate project meetings, define scope, and manage timelines to ensure successful partner transitions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Software Consultants and Technical Services Specialists.
• Monitor project health, identify risks, and proactively manage dependencies and blockers.
• Generate status reports and executive summaries for partners and internal stakeholders.
• Standardize delivery processes to improve repeatability, adoption, and scalability.
• Manage the handoff process to Partner Success teams upon project completion.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, preferably within a software or technical services environment.
• Strong ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Excellent communication skills for facilitating meetings and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Analytical mindset for researching escalations and identifying project risks.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, collaborative team environment.
• Attention to detail in maintaining project documentation and tracking milestones.
