What you will do

• Facilitate client kick-off calls and manage ongoing communication via email and video calls.
• Independently execute and deliver benchmarking projects while managing complex pricing initiatives.
• Provide oversight and guidance to Benchmarking Specialist I team members to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyze client job descriptions and data to determine fair pay values.
• Collaborate with US-based counterparts to maintain consistency in job matching.
• Conduct prospect benchmarking analyses to support business development and sales efforts.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines and able to work in a hybrid model in Manila.
• Fixed work schedule: Monday through Friday, 10pm–7am Manila time.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Research and data analysis mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Stable high-speed internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps) for remote work days.

Nice to have

• Experience with relational databases.
