What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of internal global technology projects, ensuring they meet business outcomes.
• Apply project governance and controls, ensuring stage gates are adhered to and sign-offs are received.
• Plan and coordinate global project resources, managing them as virtual teams.
• Manage project inter-dependencies and proactively mitigate risks before they become issues.
• Report progress and roadblocks to stakeholders and Steering Committees.
• Deliver projects according to scope, quality, schedule, and budget.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Project Management certifications such as Prince 2, PMBOK, or Agile.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks and PRINCE2 governance.
• Strong experience in stakeholder and vendor management, including negotiating with preferred suppliers.
• Experience managing business enterprise applications (e.g., Workday or equivalent).
