What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project execution to deliver results for packaging and processing systems.
• Develop work breakdown structures and project plans to achieve milestones, budgets, and quality targets.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, including the development of mitigation strategies.
• Manage scope changes and handle variation orders (VOs) effectively.
• Engage and manage internal and external stakeholders through structured communication plans.
• Utilize global tools and frameworks including SAP, Planview, and OFCE.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 6 years of project management experience.
• Solid understanding of project management principles (PMI/PMBOK or similar).
• Good command of English.
• Willingness to travel when required.
• Based in Manila, Philippines.

Nice to have

• PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification.
• Familiarity with SAP, MS Project, or Planview.
