What you will do

• Scope and implement AI Agent deployments, providing strategic advice to enterprise customers and partners.
• Design precise LLM prompts and analyze requirements using embeddings to ensure reliable agent behavior.
• Build and configure integrations between customers' systems (CRMs, ERPs, ticketing systems) and the hirify.global Platform via APIs.
• Fine-tune conversational flows and voice output using SSML, Lexicons, and Regex to meet brand standards.
• Apply structured testing to validate AI agent quality, behavior, and performance under real-world conditions.
• Document best practices and product capabilities for both internal teams and external clients.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise customer-facing roles with expertise in conversation design and AI agent development.
• Proficiency in advanced prompting strategies, including chain-of-thought and few-shot learning.
• Strong knowledge of REST API design, JSON/XML data structures, and API testing tools like Postman.
• Familiarity with API authentication patterns such as OAuth, API keys, and JWT.
• Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into digestible conversational components.
• Must be based in the USA (E-verify employer).

Nice to have

• Experience building custom connectors via integration platforms like Paragon using TypeScript.
• Experience with Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with middleware architecture.
