What you will do

• Scope and implement AI Agent deployments for customers using SAP-backed systems like SAP Service Cloud and CRM.
• Design precise prompts and LLM workflows to ensure reliable, user-aligned behavior based on SAP business rules.
• Build and configure integrations between SAP surfaces (BTP, S/4HANA, ECC) and the hirify.global platform via APIs.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers on complex connectivity and authentication patterns including OData, OAuth2, and SAP IAS.
• Apply structured testing to validate agent behavior, handling latency, authorization failures, and transactional correctness.
• Document best practices and product capabilities for both internal and external audiences.

Requirements

• 4+ years in enterprise customer-facing roles with expertise in conversation design and AI agent development.
• Experience with SAP AI Core, SAP Agent Builder, or similar SAP AI extensions.
• Proven SAP integration experience across BTP, S/4HANA, ECC, and SAP CX stacks.
• Strong knowledge of SAP APIs (OData v2/v4, REST/SOAP) and authentication patterns (OAuth2, SAP IAS/XSUAA).
• Proficiency with JSON/XML and API testing tools like Postman.
• Must be based in or able to work from the New York Office.

Nice to have

• Experience working with SAP system integrators in delivery or presales-adjacent engineering roles.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, or TypeScript/Node.js tooling.
• Exposure to Git-based collaboration and CI/CD.
