SE Lead (AI)

hirify.global builds an Engineering AI platform that helps engineering teams accelerate development, improve product outcomes, and scale engineering capacity across automotive, aerospace, high-tech, electronics, and advanced manufacturing.

What you will do

• Lead the pre-sales motion for strategic regional accounts and build trusted relationships with engineering leaders and senior stakeholders.
• Run structured discovery sessions, define customer-specific AI strategies and technical roadmaps, and connect engineering challenges to strategic outcomes.
• Create and deliver technically credible demos and presentations based on client engineering workflows.
• Create and co-own Statements of Work, identify expansion opportunities, and shape multi-year enterprise transformation proposals.
• Lead Steering Committees and collaborate with Sales, Forward Deployed Engineering, Product, and R&D to progress deals and improve the product roadmap.
• Build and develop the regional SE team, manage capacity and account assignments, and act as the escalation point for complex deals.

Requirements

• Engineering degree in mechanical, aerospace, automotive, industrial engineering, or a similar field.
• 8+ years of experience in senior technical client-facing roles such as solutions engineering, pre-sales, or technical consulting, including complex high-value accounts.
• Hands-on experience with CAD and CAE workflows, including full simulation pipelines, solver tools, post-processing, and workflow automation.
• Strong Python programming skills and experience with data pipelines and ML/DL frameworks, including model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Experience with technical discovery, end-to-end engineering workflow demos, enterprise transformation programs, and multi-year adoption roadmaps.
• Professional fluency in German and English; hybrid work in Munich, Germany.
