What you will do

• Lead the pre-sales motion for strategic accounts, including discovery, transformation planning, and technical vision delivery.
• Build and develop the regional Solutions Engineering team, setting high standards for discovery, demos, and statements of work.
• Define AI strategy and technical roadmaps, translating product capabilities into customer-specific multi-horizon visions.
• Create and deliver compelling, client-tailored demos that showcase the integration of AI into complex engineering workflows.
• Prepare and run Steering Committees, connecting technical engineering challenges to high-level strategic outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and R&D teams to advance strategic deals and inform roadmap priorities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a senior technical client-facing role such as solutions engineering or technical consulting.
• Engineering degree (mechanical, aerospace, automotive, industrial, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with CAD/CAE workflows, simulation pipelines, and workflow automation.
• Strong programming skills in Python, including data pipelines and ML/DL frameworks.
• Proven people leadership experience in building and managing high-performing technical teams.
• Fluent in English with the ability to communicate effectively with both simulation engineers and C-level executives.

• Experience structuring enterprise-level transformation programs and multi-year adoption roadmaps.
• Deep technical discovery skills to assess feasibility within complex customer data environments.
• Ability to rapidly prototype end-to-end engineering workflow demos from scratch.
