Senior Product Manager (Localization)

Location: Remote, but candidates must reside in and have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom, Latvia, or Spain.

What you will do

• Lead the Editing Experience team across Engineering, Design, and Data, partnering with go-to-market teams from concept through launch.
• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for editing and reviewing workflows.
• Develop products and features that simplify linguist and reviewer workflows, remove bottlenecks, and improve measurable outcomes.
• Conduct continuous discovery using customer feedback and market insights.
• Define KPIs and success metrics, analyze performance data, and drive product improvements.
• Mentor other product managers and maintain a transparent roadmap in an agile environment.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in the localization or language services industry, at an LSP or localization/translation technology platform.
• Experience owning linguist-facing interfaces, such as CAT tools, editors, or review UIs, is strongly preferred.
• At least 2 years of product management experience in the localization industry.
• Strong UX, customer discovery, analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and dependency management skills.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and deliver high-quality products on time.
• Must reside in and have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom, Latvia, or Spain.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as a linguist, translator, or localization manager.
