Digital Product Designer

Location: Hybrid role based in London, UK, with time in the London office and travel to other sites when required.

What you will do

• Design intuitive UX/UI solutions for mobile apps and responsive web products across discovery and delivery.
• Create user journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and designers in an agile product squad.
• Support discovery, ideation, and journey-mapping workshops.
• Apply and contribute to the hirify.global design system.
• Present design work and work with engineers to ensure accurate implementation.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer working on app and web-based digital products.
• A portfolio demonstrating user-centred thinking and considered UI execution.
• Understanding of UX, interaction design, visual design, usability, and accessibility principles.
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional, agile teams.
• Clear communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and comfort iterating based on feedback.
• Willingness to work in the London hybrid model and travel to other sites when required.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting UX research activities such as usability testing or interviews.
• Experience contributing to a design system.
• Awareness of WCAG accessibility standards.
• Experience designing in complex or regulated environments.
• Experience exporting designs to AI tools or using rapid prototyping workflows.
