Senior Experience Designer (UX/UI)

Location: Bristol, UK; hybrid working with a minimum of two days per week in the Bristol head office

What you will do

• Lead experience design across multiple projects, integrating UX, UI, content, and service design.
• Create user flows, prototypes, high-fidelity interfaces, content flows, microinteractions, and test plans.
• Design inclusive and accessible end-to-end experiences across responsive web and native platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and product leads to validate and improve solutions through testing, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Present design work to senior stakeholders, influence product decisions, and advocate for a client-first approach.
• Set design standards, share knowledge, mentor junior designers, and contribute to team capability and culture.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in product, UX, UI, or content design with a strong portfolio.
• Experience with end-to-end design, interaction modeling, microcopy, visual design, and multi-platform enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, inclusive design, user psychology, and performance metrics.
• Experience collaborating with and influencing senior leadership or C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong communication, facilitation, storytelling, mentoring, and team development skills.
• Fluency in Figma, prototyping tools, design systems, and analytics; a relevant degree is required.
