Senior Visual Designer

Location: Remote within the United States; not available for hire or work in New Mexico or Hawaii.

Salary: $89,000–$110,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Develop visual concepts and translate abstract ideas into cohesive digital experiences for web and mobile.
• Create and maintain scalable design systems, components, libraries, and UI assets.
• Design components and mockups for A/B testing, iterative experiments, and product prototypes.
• Apply Atomic Design principles to build modular and reusable visual systems.
• Create light motion and animation using After Effects or similar tools.
• Collaborate with UX, Product, Development, and Creative Direction teams, presenting design recommendations to clients.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience designing digital products across web and mobile platforms.
• High proficiency in Figma, including components, libraries, variables, and auto layout.
• Hands-on experience with design systems, scalable visual systems, mockups, and prototypes.
• Knowledge of Atomic Design principles and modular design systems.
• Basic understanding of CSS and experience collaborating with development teams.
• Experience with UI localization across languages and regions, product-driven environments, and client-facing communication.
