Senior UX Designer (Fintech)

Location: London, United Kingdom. Hybrid working requires at least two days per week, or 40% of working time, at an office site.

Salary: £72,702–£80,780 per year.

What you will do

• Own interaction design projects and deliver cohesive end-to-end customer journeys.
• Create layouts and prototypes using tools such as Figma and components from a central design system.
• Use quantitative and qualitative research, usability testing, and customer feedback to refine designs.
• Balance business requirements, customer needs, and technical constraints across different platforms.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and internal stakeholders to take designs through delivery.
• Advocate for inclusive and accessible experiences for customers of different ages, backgrounds, and technical abilities.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in UX design or interaction design.
• Strong experience as an Interaction Designer, UX Designer, or Visual Designer.
• Excellent prototyping and layout skills, with the ability to explain design decisions clearly.
• Experience working with existing design systems and improving or extending them.
• Ability to interpret research and communicate effectively with development teams.
• Experience working in a complex environment; financial services experience is desirable.
