What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor to guide customers through digital transformation using hirify.global's unified platform.
• Identify and capture whitespace opportunities, new workloads, and emerging buyer personas within the territory.
• Manage the sales pipeline and forecast accuracy using MEDDICC-aligned discovery and qualification.
• Orchestrate integrated pursuit teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience and a smooth handoff to Customer Success.
• Develop ROI/TCO models and structure deal economics to guide executives through financial decisions.

Requirements

• Direct enterprise sales experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder buying environments.
• Strong understanding of hybrid cloud architectures, data and AI pipelines, and consumption economics.
• Ability to tailor discovery, storytelling, and value cases to personas across IT, Finance, Security, and AI.
• Proficiency in building ROI/TCO models and managing complex deal economics.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid environment with in-person expectations in Seoul, South Korea.
