What you will do

• Manage and develop relationships with potential Key Accounts and Authorized Partners to foster regional growth.
• Collaborate with the Distribution Account Manager to recruit partners and drive sales to 2nd tier partners.
• Qualify authorized partners and manage the lead queue within Salesforce.
• Identify partner needs and provide timely sales support for individual small-sized projects.
• Organize and execute marketing events, partner forums, and academy fundamentals for channel development.
• Serve as the internal Salesforce champion, providing updates and training to the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in channel recruitment and development.
• Basic technical knowledge and a strong willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective internal and external collaboration.
• Proficiency in multi-task management and problem-solving.
• Sales-driven mindset.
