What you will do

• Drive new logo acquisition for Elastic Compute across the Korean market.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with CIOs, CDOs, and AI leaders.
• Manage the complete sales lifecycle from initial prospecting through negotiation and contract execution.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and technical teams to develop and execute Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
• Contribute to the definition and execution of the go-to-market strategy for Korea.
• Provide critical market and customer feedback to global Product Management and Marketing teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring new enterprise customers and developing new business.
• Experience selling cloud platforms, SaaS, analytics, AI, or data management solutions.
• Ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Must be based in Seoul, South Korea.
