What you will do

• Drive new logo acquisition and identify opportunities within enterprise and upper mid-market accounts across Japan.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with CIOs, CDOs, and AI leaders.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and negotiation to contract execution.
• Partner with Solution Architects and technical teams to develop and execute Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
• Contribute to the definition and execution of the Elastic Compute go-to-market strategy for the Japanese market.
• Provide market and customer feedback to Global Marketing and Product Management teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring new enterprise customers and developing new business opportunities.
• Experience selling cloud platforms, SaaS, analytics, AI, infrastructure, or data management solutions.
• Proven ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Must be based in Tokyo, Japan.
