What you will do

• Leverage established networks of industry executives and decision-makers to open doors and introduce the company's value proposition.
• Scout the market to uncover untapped opportunities and map out high-value potential partners.
• Lead the end-to-end deal cycle, from pitching to C-suite executives to navigating complex commercial negotiations.
• Own the initial onboarding process, providing partners with necessary sales training and marketing collateral.
• Facilitate collaborative workshops with partners to identify immediate high-value opportunities within their customer bases.
• Partner with internal Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless integration and maximum ROI for new partnerships.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships or business development with a proven history of closing high-value deals.
• Strong ability to pitch credibly to C-suite and VP-level executives.
• Documented experience and genuine interest in the FinTech space.
• Ability to combine quantitative data and qualitative strategy to drive long-term market advantage.
• Experience collaborating with internal product, legal, and marketing teams for post-sign onboarding.
• Must be based in Dubai.

• Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in business or related fields.
• In-depth understanding of FinTech platforms, accounting, and expense management systems.
