What you will do

• Drive institutional adoption of multi-currency banking, FX, settlement, digital asset, and treasury capabilities.
• Originate and close complex, high-value opportunities with exchanges, OTC desks, payment institutions, funds, fintechs, and corporates.
• Structure multi-entity and cross-border solutions covering settlement, liquidity, and custody workflows.
• Develop commercial proposals, pricing structures, and revenue models aligned with growth strategy.
• Translate institutional requirements into scalable banking and digital asset solutions with product, treasury, and engineering teams.
• Shape market strategy, commercial playbooks, sales methodologies, and future team development.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of enterprise sales or institutional coverage experience in banking, payments, fintech, or digital assets.
• Proven ability to originate and close complex, high-value institutional accounts.
• Strong understanding of cross-border settlement, treasury flows, liquidity structures, custody frameworks, and digital asset operations.
• Strong financial, commercial, and pricing skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, scaling banking environment.
