Merchant Acquisition Specialist (Fintech)

What you will do

• Identify and approach potential merchants at their physical store locations.
• Explain hirify.global’s services and partnership benefits to prospective merchants.
• Build relationships with merchants and understand their business needs.
• Conduct in-person demonstrations and address concerns to secure partnerships.
• Gather market intelligence, competitor information, merchant feedback, and insights on in-store marketing visibility.
• Guide interested merchants through application, conversion, and onboarding.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Stakeholder management skills and CRM proficiency.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with an energetic and proactive approach.
