What you will do

• Process weekly, fortnightly, and monthly Australian payrolls accurately and on time.
• Manage employee changes, benefits, deductions, leave, and termination payments.
• Administer time and attendance processes for hourly and operational staff.
• Interpret payroll data in accordance with awards, agreements, and legislation.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to queries from employees and managers.
• Conduct payroll reconciliations, reporting, and audit activities.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of Australian payroll experience.
• Experience supporting both hourly and salaried employees.
• Must be based in Australia with full, unrestricted working rights.
• Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, tax, superannuation, and wage compliance.
• Proficiency in Excel and payroll data management.

Nice to have

• Experience using ADP (highly preferred).
• Experience with UKG/Kronos or other time and attendance systems.
• Background in manufacturing, mining, or industrial services.
