What you will do

• Support collection and preparation of monthly payroll inputs ensuring compliance with contractual and statutory obligations.
• Coordinate with global payroll providers to ensure accuracy and timely receipt of payroll reports.
• Collect and validate new starter documentation, payroll tax forms, and bank details.
• Use Workday and other sources to prepare payroll submissions to external providers.
• Support payroll team with ad-hoc and year-end activities and liaise with internal teams.
• Respond to employee payroll queries and service desk tickets.

Requirements

• Must be English and Polish speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good proficiency in Excel including VLOOKUP and Pivot tables.
• Excellent organization, time-management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work proactively both independently and as a team player.
• Junior level role suitable for candidates starting a payroll career.

Nice to have

• Experience with Polish payroll and knowledge of Polish tax legislation.
• Experience working in a global or international company.
