What you will do

• Manage daily financial and administrative operations, including accurate data entry and bank reconciliations.
• Handle job-related invoicing and employee records management using business management software.
• Ensure efficient financial reporting and streamlined processes within a structured workflow.
• Maintain general ledger processes and ensure accurate financial records.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align with team objectives and deadlines.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ortigas, Alabang, Pampanga, or Cebu, Philippines.
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3-4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a public practice environment.
• Proficiency in Xero accounting software.
• Knowledge of payroll processing, financial statement preparation, and GST compliance.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting standards.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jim2, Cin7, or Sage ERP platforms.
• Familiarity with AU accounting and taxation systems.
• Experience with FYI and Figured for cash flow management or XPM.
