What you will do

• Build relationships with UK stakeholders to improve HR service delivery and employee experience.
• Serve as a primary resource for labor and employee relations, including conducting investigations and resolving issues.
• Manage day-to-day HR administrative processes, including reporting, time management, and new hire orientations.
• Advise managers on compensation, benefits, and company policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify internal talent and partner with recruitment teams to support staffing needs.
• Develop innovative solutions to improve HR processes and business outcomes.

Requirements

• Must have 2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or Shared Services environment.
• Must hold CIPD level 5 qualification or have 5+ years of corporate HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of UK labor law and regulations.
• Must possess a valid driving licence and own vehicle for occasional travel.
• Proficiency in HR tools and interfaces, with a preference for Workday.
• Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
