What you will do

• Own the international consumer engagement lifecycle strategy, prioritizing opportunities across onboarding, activation, and retention.
• Collaborate with product, design, and data science teams to build personalized, compelling customer journeys.
• Define and execute contact strategies through automated journeys across email, push, and in-app surfaces.
• Design and implement A/B tests using statistical fundamentals to evaluate and iterate on growth hypotheses.
• Drive the creative development pipeline by applying experimentation insights to improve execution quality.
• Establish performance reporting to track campaign effectiveness and inform the strategic roadmap.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, growth engagement, or marketing automation.
• Experience working within consumer financial services or another regulated, data-driven environment.
• Hands-on proficiency with segmentation, personalization, and marketing automation tooling.
• Strong analytical fluency with Excel, relational databases, and reporting dashboards.
• Experience developing marketing strategies across multiple markets, including localization workflows.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
