What you will do

• Define and execute overarching marketing plans to hit growth targets and business objectives.
• Identify priority markets and segments to maximize brand impact and demand generation.
• Lead full-funnel outbound campaigns and manage the production of creative assets across digital, print, and social channels.
• Collaborate with sales and data teams to optimize the sales pipeline and improve prospect targeting precision.
• Manage the allocated marketing budget and provide reporting on campaign performance and ROI.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a senior B2B marketing role.
• Proven track record of delivering business growth through data-driven, multi-channel strategies.
• Proficiency with Marketing Automation, CRM (Salesforce), and digital media (SEO, Paid, Social).
• Experience engaging audiences in the mid-market and large enterprise space.
• Must be based in or able to work from London or Swindon, UK (Hybrid).
