Product Manager (AI)

Location: Stamford, CT, United States; hybrid work environment

Salary: USD 86,000–118,000 per year, plus an annual bonus or role-based sales incentive.

What you will do

• Understand client needs and capture feedback to improve products for Heads of Enterprise Architecture and IT leaders.
• Conceptualize, build, launch, and manage product innovations, services, and lifecycles.
• Create technology- and data-driven features and pilot products or features as needed.
• Analyze product utilization, performance, adoption, growth, customer satisfaction, and retention.
• Project manage development from concept through launch and track post-launch metrics.
• Present updates to executives and collaborate with Research, Product Management, Sales, Services, Marketing, and Technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of progressive business experience, including product management experience.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative business analytics skills, with the ability to turn analysis into measurable recommendations.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and collaborate in a matrixed environment.
• Client-centered focus, strong organization, resourcefulness, and comfort with ambiguity.
