Technical Product Manager - Applied AI

Location: Hybrid work in Bloomfield, CT; Philadelphia, PA; Morris Plains, NJ; or St. Louis, MO. Remote work may be available for candidates not aligned to an office location, with a strong preference for the East Coast.

Salary: $94,900–$158,100 USD annually, depending on experience and geographic location, plus eligibility for an annual bonus plan.

What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of Finance AI products that improve operational workflows and decision making.
• Translate Finance business problems into technical approaches, data requirements, and workflow designs.
• Lead AI solution design involving natural language processing, generative AI, predictive modeling, and agent-based automation.
• Build AI-driven workflows that simplify multi-step Finance processes.
• Partner with Finance process owners, analysts, Engineering, Data, Architecture, and Enterprise AI teams.
• Communicate AI concepts to senior leaders and support stakeholder change management and user adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience building enterprise platforms.
• Experience delivering AI capabilities within large-scale transformation programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience working with global or distributed teams in a matrixed environment.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into executable AI solutions and manage competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including engagement with senior Finance stakeholders.

• Experience in Finance or healthcare.
• Curiosity and willingness to experiment, iterate, and learn.
